POSITIONS 

We're always on the lookout for talent. In general, there are two career tracks with us:

1. Entry-level junior consultant

Typically this position will perform work at the direction of senior resources and requires 50 to 75% travel.  Two years energy related work experience and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a physical science from a top tier university is required.  Our expectation is that you spend a few years gaining experience with us between undergrad and graduate degrees.  To date everyone who has come in under this program has gone on to a wonderful graduate experience.

2. Prior industry experience 

Resources at this level are expected to capture new business, lead engagements, and most of all show thought leadership.  We’re looking for a minimum of a Masters degree, and ten years experience.
